Sea Salt Bakery & Cafe was founded by Passand El Hammami, born and raised in the United Arab Emirates, she has been following a Healing through Food Lifestyle since 2013, since she discovered her own Gluten Allergy & Food Intolerances. All diseases begin in the gut, and this fact has changed the Healthy Food Industry scene to take the shift into a new unprocessed, natural, vegan way of eating & a disease-free lifestyle for all. Passand has shifted her career from Advertising & Marketing & Journalism to serve and help solve a social health issue that is on the rise in Egypt and all over the world. She is a Certified Gluten Free Baker from ICIF in Asti, Italy.
Sea Salt Bakery & Cafe is an establishment of Pinfinity Company for Restaurant Management with the concept that everything is 100% gluten free, dairy free & sugar free. Our factory is the only one in Egypt that is 100% Allergy-friendly and Coeliac-friendly to all. Every product that is produced is made in house; we mill our own gluten free flours and create our own recipes using only local products. There are no preservatives, additives or enhancers used in our bread or pastries which ensures the organic quality of our products.

The Cuisine is inspired by Passand’s favorite dishes and offers delicious substitutes to foods in which gluten intolerant/ Coeliac people cannot eat such as Pizza, Pasta, Sandwiches. Moreover, indian spices are used in several main dishes to add to the “healing” concept of aiding digestion. The Cafe is open daily making sure to keep people’s bodies energized & their taste buds satisfied from the early morning!
